Arx is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will maintain and expand relationships with strategically important current and target customers. The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned strategic account objectives. The Strategic Account Manager represents the entire range of Arx products and services to assigned customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by Arx.

The Strategic Account Manager will work in a fast-paced environment to support essential operations of the Sales organization. This position will be located in the Auburn Hills, MI office (except while remote operations continue during COVID protocols) and work closely with the Sales and Sales Support teams and report to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Responsibilities

Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.

Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts

Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.

Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.

Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.

Performance Measures

Achieves assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts.

Meets assigned expectations for profitability.

Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by Arx leadership

Completes strategic customer account plans that meet Arx standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant Business or Information Technology field.

Minimum ten years of strategic sales experience in a business-to business sales environment.

Ability to occasionally travel to trade shows, sales conferences and other sales-related events.

Ability to handle multiple projects at once and manage projects through to completion; a focus on deadlines and details.

Experience with Hubspot CRM a plus

Solid knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office products

Arx is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will identify prospects and leads through telemarketing and use of Arx CRM system. The Business Development Representative will work in a fast-paced environment to support essential operations of the Sales organization. This position will be located in the Auburn Hills, MI office (except while remote operations continue during COVID protocols) and work closely with the Sales and Sales Support teams to support the day-to-day operations of the team. This is a great position for you if you have solid phone and persuasion skills and want to break into the world of business-to-business sales.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Marketing & Sales Team for focused prospecting to assist in uncovering potential opportunities and create a pipeline of qualified opportunities

Make cold calls to public safety prospects and provide calling support for marketing campaigns within territories

Maintain Hubspot CRM with competitor information/contact/statistics

Develop understanding of the competitive landscape in the market and Tyler messaging around assigned software product lines

Develop general knowledge of Arx software and the key differentiators against competitors

Work with leadership on reporting to provide visibility of Business Development activities

Assist with updates to sales intelligence, competitor profiles and other competitive intel requests

Monitor and report on follow up of qualified leads by Sales reps

Develop effective prospecting skills

Develop knowledge of territory, key competitors, existing Arx opportunities/ relationships, client satisfaction, and key messaging that will lead to meaningful interactions with potential prospects

Partner with sales operations and marketing in updating CRM records to achieve campaign, marketing, analytic and data governance goals

Qualifications:

Previous sales experience a plus

The Sales Support Administrator will work in a fast-paced environment to support essential operations of the Sales organization. This position will be located in the Auburn Hills, MI office (except while remote operations continue during COVID protocols) and work closely with the Sales and Sales Support teams to support the day-to-day operations of the team. The primary responsibilities of this role will include administrative support of the Sales team including the CRO, Sales Reps, and Sales Support staff, as well as facilitating all contracts with our legal teams. The successful candidate will operate with a sense of urgency and efficiency needed to enable the Sales organization to generate as much productivity as possible. This individual will need to use good judgment and experience to proactively resolve issues or seek solutions and operate independently where appropriate.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced administrative support to key staff members, including booking travel, submitting expenses, supporting coordination of scheduling as needed. Anticipate needs by handling administrative requests independently and route requests appropriately.

Support the Sales team as it expands and grows as it relates to space coordination, seat assignment, office space logistics and communicating and facilitating the needs and liaising with the facilities team on these needs.

Support onboarding and offboarding activities of Sales team members.

Coordinate onsite or virtual training, workshops, meetings, etc.

Serve as the administrative liaison between the Sales team, the Legal teams, and Accounting. Ensure all internal steps are routed appropriately for efficient completion of the contracting process.

Facilitate the contract process by understanding and alleviating common contract issues; requires interaction with accounting and legal.

Create contract templates and Investment Summaries, route contracts for signature, and file contracts with Accounting.

Maintain knowledge of our products, services, and pricing models.

Identify issues and propose solutions to improve the productivity and efficiency of the Sales team as it relates to Sales Operations or administrative support.

Handle internal and external matters with confidentiality and time sensitivity.

Complete special projects as necessary.

Qualifications

BS/BA degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.

3 or more years of experience in dedicated Sales Administrative experience preferred

Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills

Expertise in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint), Adobe and SharePoint required.

Ability to field a broad range of questions and respond in an appropriate manner

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and at a fast pace.

Ability to develop relationships and gain trust from cross-departmental stakeholders quickly to help support the efficiency in fulfilling administrative requests.
